What Happens After Bankruptcy?

After bankruptcy you may usually keep all the assets you acquire following your discharge from bankruptcy.

It is important to inform the Official Receiver of any assets that you obtain after the trustee has finished dealing with your case but before you are discharged.

It is important to note that the assets that either you owned before your bankruptcy or obtained before your discharge have not been dealt with by the trustee remain under the control of the trustee and can be dealt with at any time in the future.
