Qualifications

This is an exam set by the Insolvency Practitioner’s Association. It is intended to probe candidate’s proficiency and knowledge in the area of personal insolvency, particularly IVA’s and bankruptcy. Candidates are expected to have an in depth awareness of the options available to someone in debt and subject matters that can be examined include:
