If you decide after speaking to us that bankruptcy is not your best option then the service will not cost you a penny.

However if more substantial help is required then the cost of service will reflect the increased time and work involved.

How does it work?

If you decide on bankruptcy to deal with your debts then we will inform you of the elements of bankruptcy that we can help you with. We will send you this information so that you have time to think how best we can help you.

Once you have decided which elements to opt for we will send you a quotation letter along with our terms and conditions of service. Following your acceptance of terms and payment you will receive a document confirming your purchase.
